We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was great, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant environment for us. The hotel facilities were great, and we particularly appreciated the convenient parking option. The location was perfect, as it was situated on the main street in District 1, providing easy access to many good restaurants and a nearby convenience store. the staff, especially Thuy at reception, were great too provide excellent service. They were friendly, helpful, and even assisted in getting breakfast for us from the nearby markets.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel is conveniently located in District 1, close to many good restaurants and a convenience store where you can easily buy anything you need. it is situated on Main Street, providing easy access to various attractions in the area.
The staff spoke very limited English, making it difficult to communicate.

The hotel is situated in a nice part of the city, offering a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The room itself was immaculate and had hot water, making my stay comfortable. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as inconsistent water pressure and weak toilet flushing, overall, my experience at Scat Hotel- New World Ben Thanh was positive. I appreciated the attentiveness of Thuy at reception, were really good to assist me and my family. From lending us an umbrella to arranging breakfast at nearby markets, Thuy's really good customer service made a difference. The hotel's proximity to various attractions and convenience stores, like the nearby kids food superstore, added to the overall convenience of my stay. Although there were a few issues with communication due to language barriers, the staff did their best to assist using Google translation. while the shower glass door in room 103 had a minor leakage issue, it was manageable.
