We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant environment for us. The hotel facilities were great, and we particularly appreciated the convenient parking option. The location was perfect, as it was situated on the main street in District 1, providing easy access to many good restaurants and a nearby convenience store. Additionally, the staff, especially Thuy at reception, went above and beyond to provide excellent service. They were friendly, helpful, and even assisted in getting breakfast for us from the nearby markets.

From lending us an umbrella to arranging breakfast at nearby markets, Thuy's exceptional customer service truly made a difference. The hotel's proximity to various attractions and convenience stores, like the nearby kids food superstore, added to the overall convenience of my stay. Although there were a few issues with communication due to language barriers, the staff did their best to assist using Google translation. Additionally, while the shower glass door in room 103 had a minor leakage issue, it was manageable. In conclusion, despite some minor drawbacks, I would recommend Scat Hotel- New World Ben Thanh for its ideal location, cleanliness, and the outstanding service provided by Thuy.
