We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant environment for us. The hotel facilities were great, and we particularly appreciated the convenient parking option. The location was perfect, as it was situated on the main street in District 1, providing easy access to many good restaurants and a nearby convenience store. Additionally, the staff, especially Thuy at reception, went above and beyond to provide excellent service. They were friendly, helpful, and even assisted in getting breakfast for us from the nearby markets.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

During my stay at Scat Hotel- New World Ben Thanh, I was pleasantly surprised by the great location and clean rooms. The hotel is situated in a nice part of the city, offering a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The room itself was immaculate and had hot water, making my stay comfortable. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as inconsistent water pressure and weak toilet flushing, overall, my experience at Scat Hotel- New World Ben Thanh was positive. I appreciated the attentiveness of Thuy at reception, who went above and beyond to assist me and my family. From lending us an umbrella to arranging breakfast at nearby markets, Thuy's exceptional customer service truly made a difference. The hotel's proximity to various attractions and convenience stores, like the nearby kids food superstore, added to the overall convenience of my stay. Although there were a few issues with communication due to language barriers, the staff did their best to assist using Google translation. Additionally, while the shower glass door in room 103 had a minor leakage issue, it was manageable. In conclusion, despite some minor drawbacks, I would recommend Scat Hotel- New World Ben Thanh for its ideal location, cleanliness, and the outstanding service provided by Thuy.
